Close to the Eure river and ponds, a completely independent bungalow with private shady garden welcomes you to a pretty village south of Chartres. Fishing, walking, horse-riding, cycling and many other activities await you in the surrounding area. Detached house (90 m²), accessible by a few steps, located in a village, comprising : Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, classic and Senséo coffee maker, toaster, etc. Living/dining room (29 m²) with TV, telephone and wifi access 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) (cot, high chair and bathtub available on request) 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) Bathroom with washing machine, separate WC

Enclosed garden (400 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
Possibility of reserving up to three additional bedrooms upstairs (1 140cm bed, 2 others with 2 90cm beds), shower room/WC and living room with TV (extra charge).
Oil-fired heating.
Linen rental and cleaning package available.
Pets welcome at extra cost (cleaning package compulsory).
