Just 1h30 from Paris, 40 min from Chartres, 30 min from Nogent-le-Rotrou and 25 min from Châteaudun, this self-contained apartment on the first floor of a Perche farmhouse offers the perfect balance between a change of scenery and accessibility. Ideally located for discovering the region's natural and heritage riches, this cocoon is an excellent starting point for a wide range of activities: Hiking and cycling right from the doorstep, with Eure-et-Loir's n°9 cycling loop, Fishing lakes, A variety of leisure activities nearby: swin golf, quad biking, motocross, sailing, paddle, horse riding, escape games, paintball, karting...
