Nestled in the heart of a verdant setting in the Eurelian Perche, Moulin de Bouchereau welcomes you to Vald'Yerre, in the commune of Saint-Pellerin, for a stay that combines nature, relaxation and conviviality. Bordered by two branches of the river Yerre and surrounded by majestic century-old trees, this vast estate offers a peaceful setting, ideal for unwinding. Just 20 km from Châteaudun, 40 km from Vendôme, 45 km from Nogent-le-Rotrou, and 60 km from Chartres, this mill is centrally located, ideal for exploring the region. Heritage lovers can stroll through the medieval streets of Châteaudun, visit the château of Nogent-le-Rotrou or discover Chartres cathedral. For the more active, the surrounding Countryside is ideal for walking, cycling or canoeing on the River Yerre. Nature lovers will be delighted by the richness of the surrounding landscapes: meadows, forests and rivers form an enchanting setting for a rejuvenating stay, whether with family, friends or for a private event.

The Moulin de Bouchereau, a vast century-old building, has been completely restored to offer warm, spacious accommodation for up to 14 people.

The seven rooms are decorated with care, in a zen and uncluttered spirit, with trendy tapestries and soothing tones. Three modern bathrooms ensure comfort for all. Some rooms offer a direct view of the river Yerre, whose murmuring accompanies peaceful nights.

On the first floor: an open, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a vast, convivial dining room, ideal for shared meals. The cathedral lounge, bathed in light, is a real living space, ideal for relaxing and socializing.

On the second floor, a playful mezzanine features a foosball table and a retro arcade machine, for the enjoyment of young and old alike. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room, two separate WCs.

Outside: an 8,000 m² wooded park, entirely privatized, invites you to stroll or relax in the shade of the large trees. A bowling green is available for friendly games, and a charging station for electric vehicles ensures a peaceful stay.

The estate also offers outbuildings converted into a reception room for associations, as well as a function room (for hire as an optional extra), which can accommodate up to 100 people. Perfect for intimate weddings, birthdays, cousin gatherings or family seminars, in a natural, bucolic setting!
