Le manoir

Located in the center of the village of Saint Piat, this gîte offers an authentic stay full of character! It's a charming 15th-century manor house that has preserved its soul over the years. Conveniently located in the Eure-et-Loir department, between Paris (74 km) and Chartres (15 km), and 4 km from Maintenon, in the Vallée Royale de L'Eure. We're served by an SNCF train station (Paris Montparnasse - Le Mans line), just a 5-minute walk from the site. There's lots to see and do in the area!

The courtyard is private, and offers enclosed parking, to be shared with the Holiday cottage next door.
As you enter the Holiday cottage, you'll have direct access to the dining room.
Next door is the fully equipped kitchen.
At the far end is a cosy lounge area with TV and desk.
The staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140cm + 2 beds 90cm
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140cm + 1 bed 90cm
Bedroom 3: 1 bed 90cm

If you use more than 8KW per day, the rate of 0.25/kw will be applied and charged at the end of your stay.
