Le Haut Vrisseuil is a detached 73 m² gîte in a characterful farmhouse in the heart of the Avre valley, where fishermen can enjoy their hobby. Ideal for a 4-person stay, the first floor comprises a living room with a double futon and fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs there's a mezzanine with a reading corner and a bedroom with a 90cm bed. Baby equipment can be provided by Serge and Hélène. Garden furniture, children's games and barbecue are available in the enclosed private grounds.
