In the heart of the Countryside, in a peaceful, green setting, the Holiday cottage du Tilleul invites you to take a break from nature in the charming village of Frazé, a remarkably well-preserved village that unfolds around its castle and church, in a loop of the Foussarde river amid wooded hills. You'll be seduced by its medieval castle, flower-lined streets and authentic atmosphere. Nearby, discover the treasures of the Parc naturel régional du Perche: deep forests, rolling hills, manor houses, stud farms and picturesque villages such as Thiron-Gardais (9 km), Nogent-le-Rotrou (23 km) or La Ferté-Bernard (44 km). Hiking, biking and horse-riding enthusiasts will find this an ideal place to recharge their batteries. For an urban getaway, Chartres and its famous cathedral are just 40 km away, and Paris can be reached in around 1h30.

A 130 m² detached house on one level, the Holiday cottage du Tilleul combines space, comfort and conviviality. Entirely on one level, it is ideal for families, couples of friends or holidaymakers looking for calm and simplicity.
