On a farm dating back to the 16th century, a bright, detached architect-designed house renovated in a contemporary style. Private garden with trees and tennis court to be shared with the owners. Juliette and Julien will be delighted to welcome you to their gîte, an architect-designed house adjoining a former seigneury of the Dunois county. Very attached to this historic site, they will share with you anecdotes and memories at the foot of the dovecote or the 16th-century dwelling. Set in an environment full of character, Saugeville is a haven of peace and relaxation. Yet it's only a few kilometers from the châteaux of the Loire Valley.

Possibility of renting sheets, household linen and cleaning packages (compulsory services for professionals).
Pets not allowed.

Price includes :
- 8 kwatts of electricity per day
- water

Price does not include :
- electricity supplement (according to consumption)
- rental of sheets and towels unless already added to the reservation (2-person bed: 20 euros and 1-person bed: 15 euros)
- cleaning charge (70 euros), unless already added to the booking: compulsory when booking for professionals
- wood for the fireplace (5 euros per basket)
- tourist tax

For longer stays, weekly cleaning will be provided by the owners.
