Pleasantly decorated in warm tones and located in the heart of a Beauce village on the Route du Blé, this gîte has been renovated using ecological materials. The owners will be delighted to welcome you to this charming 74m² house in the outbuilding of an old farmhouse. In a peaceful setting, this gîte is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the countryside with family or friends.

The gîte has 2 levels:

First floor:
Open kitchen equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher
Living room with TV, DVD player, wood pellet stove and wifi access,
Storeroom with washing machine, WC

First floor:
1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed (cot and baby equipment available on request)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)
Shower room/WC


Enclosed garden (300 m²) adjoining the owners' vegetable garden, with wooden terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, portico and indoor parking.
Electricity surcharge (according to consumption)

- 8 kwatts of electricity per day

- cleaning charge (50 euros), unless already added at time of booking: mandatory when booking for professionals
