Le Domaine du Moulin

At the gateway to Chartres, this charming private estate is sure to make your stay a memorable one! Formerly inhabited by the owners, it offers every comfort for young and old alike. The Holiday cottage has been completely renovated by Carole, the owner. The decor is modern and the materials are of the highest quality. Around the Domaine du Moulin, you'll find it easy to get around by bike and to visit the local shops in Bailleau l'Evêque.

If you wish to rent the estate privately, you can choose between several structures: the farmhouse, the bed and breakfasts and the Minouche house.

As you enter the Holiday cottage, you'll find a kitchen equipped with a food processor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and vitro hob.
There's also a lovely living room where you can gather to share convivial moments.
Finally, on the first floor, you'll find "Le jardin de Mat", a bedroom with a double bed (160) and 1 single bed (90), as well as a bathroom (with bath and shower) and WC.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and a shower room:
"La vie en rose", comprising a double bed (160) and a sofa-bed (140)
"La terre d'Erwan", with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90)
"La petite Edith", with double bed (140)

On the landing, a relaxation area with table soccer, desk and exercise bike are at your disposal.

Outside, you can enjoy your own private terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and parking spaces.

A large outdoor area shared by owners and guests completes this property. This outdoor area also features a large communal swimming pool (open from May to October) and a Wellbeing area (Spa and Hammam - booking required).

Pets are allowed.
