Located in the hamlet of Tardais, just a 5-minute walk from the majestic Forest of Senonches, part of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, the Domaine de Tardais offers an authentic estate combining calm and conviviality. Ideally located in the Eure-et-Loir département (28), this Holiday cottage is the perfect base from which to discover the region's riches. Just 2 km away, the charming City of Senonches offers all amenities: supermarkets, artisan bakeries, caterers, restaurants, bars and local markets. You can also visit the Senonches Castle and Museums, a great way to discover the region's heritage. Nearby, discover typical towns and villages: La Ferté-Vidame (10 km) and its romantic ruined castle, Verneuil-sur-Avre (20 km), classified as a "Petite Cité de Caractère", Nogent-le-Rotrou (40 km), the Percheron capital with its medieval castle. Chartres (45 km), famous for its UNESCO-listed cathedral and picturesque historic center, Hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, swimming or lounging by the pool... everything you need for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. The Domaine de Tardais, a former farmhouse tastefully renovated in an old 16th-century barn, offers spacious 300 m² accommodation, ideal for reunions with family or friends, in a warm, country atmosphere.

The interior of the Holiday cottage is seductive for its comfort, its meticulous decoration and its generous volumes:
On the first floor, you'll find :
- a large, fully-equipped kitchen (American fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, raclette and fondue machines, etc.) for cooking and sharing convivial meals around two large tables.
- a double living room with fireplace, ideal for gathering around a fire or sharing board games.
- two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds or a 180cm double bed.
- two bathrooms with WC, plus a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs:
- three further bedrooms welcome guests in comfort: two with double beds (140cm) and a large family room with a double bed (160cm) and two single beds (90cm).
- A third bathroom with a 2-seater whirlpool bath completes the sleeping area for moments of Wellbeing.
- leisure activities are also catered for with a large 70 m² gaming room including :
billiards, table soccer, Wii and Xbox consoles, video library, library, board games and lots of Kids toys.

Outside, two private gardens, one of which is 600 m², fully enclosed and beautifully flowered and landscaped, with a 7.5 m x 3.5 m heated and secure swimming pool, numerous deckchairs, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a petanque court and garden furniture.
All set in a typical Perche courtyard, surrounded by historic buildings dating from the 14th to 19th centuries, with views of the watchtower (or former dovecote) and towers of the Château de Tardais. This unique atmosphere immerses you in the history of the site, once the seigniorial farm of the adjoining château.
