Le Camp Saint Georges

Located in the charming commune of Fontaine-Simon, in the heart of the Perche region of Eure-et-Loir, Le Camp Saint Georges is a family home that can accommodate up to 15 people. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it combines comfort, conviviality and a bucolic setting for a unique experience. Nestled in a peaceful hamlet, the house offers privileged access to nature and numerous outdoor activities. Just 4 km away, discover the majestic Senonches state forest, one of the largest in France, perfect for walking or cycling. Nearby, history and heritage lovers can visit Chartres (40 km), famous for its UNESCO World Heritage Cathedral. Or explore the small medieval town of La Loupe (5 km), with its charming shops and train station, which connects you to Paris in 1h20. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of sporting and leisure activities: Hiking, cycling, playing pétanque or exploring the region's picturesque villages. Nature enthusiasts will love the sight of wild animals at sunrise, while lovers of peace and quiet will revel in the absolute calm of the estate.

The entrance hall features a checkroom and accessible toilets. The large living room, with its fireplace and video projector, offers a warm atmosphere, ideal for convivial evenings around the fire. Next door, the fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, American fridge, dishwasher...) opens onto a large, bright veranda, where meals can be enjoyed with the whole family.

The Holiday cottage has 7 comfortable bedrooms, some of which can be configured with double or single beds to suit your needs.
2 bedrooms with 160cm beds.
1 master bedroom in an adjoining cottage, ideal for grandparents or a couple with baby, with en-suite bathroom.
2 bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds, convertible into double beds.
1 large bedroom with 4 single beds (80x200), modular or stackable to optimize space.
A mezzanine with two extra beds for Kids under 10.
Each master suite has its own private bathroom and connected TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+).

In terms of sanitary facilities, the main house has 4 shower rooms, with 4 shower cubicles and a bathtub, and 5 WCs. The small adjoining house has a brand-new shower room-WC.

Outside: a real playground for young and old alike

Camp Saint Georges extends over a hectare of enclosed parkland, perfect for outdoor activities.
Petanque, basketball hoop, table tennis, swing and zip line (under supervision).
A large wooden terrace with guinguette lighting, bar and brazier, ideal for convivial evenings.
Heated swimming pool, open from May to September, weather permitting.
Nature-lovers will be able to observe a variety of fauna (pheasants, squirrels, chickadees...) and enjoy the peace and quiet of the site.

Please note that the house is in the heart of a hamlet, with neighbors nearby.
Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum during the day and prohibited after 10 pm.

Parties and hen/stag nights are forbidden.
