In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, 1h30 from Paris, 6 km from Nogent le Rotrou (famous for its Saturday morning organic market), this former hermitage can accommodate up to 8 people and is a true haven of peace. Yvette, the owner, an artist and sculptor, has restored it entirely in keeping with the Perche region's heritage, as evidenced by the exposed beams, ashlar, old terracotta floor tiles, old bread oven and large man-high fireplace. In the heart of the unspoilt, green, bucolic countryside, everything has been done to ensure that you can take full advantage of the garden and its various areas: petanque court, hammock and garden furniture scattered here and there, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, petanque court.

Sophie Très agréable séjour dans une maison pleine de charme
Maison spacieuse, confortable, très au calme, à seulement quelques kilomètres de Nogent-le-Rotrou.
Le jardin est splendide, et en ce printemps ensoleillé, nous en avons bien profité.

Sarah Un havre de paix au coeur du Perche
Nous avons passé un bon moment en famille dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi, grâce aux bons soins de la propriétaire qui nous ouvre les portes de son ancien Hermitage dans un écrin de verdure. Petites attentions nombreuses et appréciées.
