Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave
Living/dining room (61 m²) with TV, open fireplace and large picture windows with panoramic views
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm)
1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and 2 additional 90cm bunk beds

Store room with fridge/freezer and washing machine

Large unfenced green space with garden furniture and barbecue. Fishing on 8 ha pond (carp, etc.).
Electric and gas heating available at extra cost
Possibility of renting sheets and household linen.
Pets welcome with supplement (1 maximum).

Price includes :
- 8 kwatts of electricity per day
- water
- wood for the fireplace

Price does not include :
- electricity supplement (according to consumption)
- gas (fixed rate of 5 euros per week)
- bed linen rental unless already added to reservation (1 or 2-person bed: 25 euros)
- cleaning charge (30 euros), unless already added to the booking: mandatory when booking for professionals
- pet supplement unless already added to booking (30 euros per week per pet)
