The gîte has been completely renovated by Carole, the owner. The decoration is modern and the materials are of the highest quality. Around Domaine du Moulin, you'll find it easy to get around by bike, and to visit the village of Bailleau l'Evêque for its local shops.

On the first floor, you'll find the living area with sofa bed.
The kitchen area is just beyond, where you'll find all you need (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle).
The bedroom is at the far end, with an en suite 140cm bed, and the shower room just behind.
A large outdoor area shared by the owners and other guests completes this property. This outdoor area also features a large communal swimming pool (open from May to October) and a wellness area (spa and hammam - booking required).
Pets are allowed.
A sauna and spa are available for private use at an additional cost.
All-inclusive rate: heating, cleaning, bed linen and towels.

Séjour parfait
5/5Nous avons passé un week-end parfait à La Minouche, la petite maison est parfaite, lumineuse et bien équipée avec une petite terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur.
La piscine, ainsi que le coin spa et hammam est vraiment un plus. Nous avons adoré ces moments de détente.- Cleanliness 5/5

Petit séjour très agréable
5/5Petit gîte pour un couple très bien aménagé. Le lieu est calme et la présence de barbecue, d'espaces de jeux et d'une piscine chauffée sont très appréciables.
