At the gates of Chartres, this cosy Holiday cottage will make your stay a success! The house is equipped to accommodate 2 people and has a sofa-bed for an additional 2. Comfort for young and old alike. This Holiday cottage has been completely renovated by Carole, the owner. The decoration is modern and the materials are of the highest quality. Around the Domaine du Moulin, you'll find it easy to get around by bike and to visit the local shops in Bailleau l'Evêque.

On the first floor, you'll find the living area with sofa bed.

The kitchen area is just beyond, where you'll find everything you need (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, Nespresso).

The bedroom is at the far end, with an en suite 160cm bed, and a shower room just behind.

A large outdoor area shared by the owners and other guests completes this property. This outdoor area also features a large communal swimming pool, covered if required (open from May to October), as well as a Wellbeing area (Spa and Hammam - booking required).

Pets are allowed.
A Sauna and Spa are available for private use at extra cost.
