Nestled in greenery in a quiet area of Chartres, on the top of the hill on the right bank of the Eure, this bright city-break offers a magnificent view of the old town and cathedral. Quality furnishings and decor, with an emphasis on bio-sourced materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding, natural linoleum, water-based paint, rainwater harvesting...). The home is served by bus (supermarket, City center, train station and hospital), with free public parking immediately opposite. The interior layout can accommodate people with reduced mobility. A 15 m2 terrace extends from the Holiday cottage, allowing you to enjoy the view and the sunshine; an enclosed, flower-filled garden with shaded grass terrace completes the ensemble. Vehicle parking on the plot ONLY for PMR.

Holiday cottage on one level and non-smoking. The host's home is adjoining the Holiday cottage; access to the owner's garden may only be authorized in the presence of the owner, given the existence of a shower room.
Pets are not allowed: the presence of an assistance dog in the host's home means that cohabitation with another animal must be limited; if Team's comes to visit you, you must prevent it from entering the gîte and give it nothing to eat, as golden retrievers are greedy; on the other hand, pets are welcome! Let us know if you don't want him to visit you.

Miele vacuum cleaner, H2O floor cleaning kit, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toaster...
On request, the following items can be provided: childcare equipment, PRM shower chair, small barbecue.
For stays of two weeks or more, optional cleaning once a week is required.
On request, bicycles can be safely stored at the foot of the wooden terrace.
