Nestled in greenery in a quiet area of Chartres, on the top of the hill on the right bank of the River Eure, this bright, city-break rated Holiday cottage by Gîtes de France® offers a magnificent view of the old town and cathedral. Quality furnishings and decor, with an emphasis on bio-sourced materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding, natural linoleum, water-based paint, rainwater harvesting...). The home is served by bus 2 (Champhol supermarket, City center, train station and hospital), with free public parking immediately opposite. The interior layout can accommodate people with reduced mobility. A 15 m2 terrace extends from the Holiday cottage, allowing you to enjoy the view and the sunshine; an enclosed garden with flowers and a shaded grassed terrace complete the ensemble. Vehicle parking on the plot is available only for PRM access; maneuvering is nonetheless tricky.

Gîtes de France® accommodation (direct link under the logo in the photo) comprising a large living room with beautiful distant views, opening onto a semi-open fitted kitchen, dining table with six chairs, flat-screen TV with Bouygues box, parental filter installed, free wi-fi and wired Internet access.

One bedroom with 1 bed (160*200) and a second with 2 beds (90*200), soundproofed partitions and doors. PRM shower room: walk-in shower, adapted sanitary facilities. Electric radiators and electric hot water production with "green electricity" contract. All openings are fitted with remote-controlled electric roller shutters for perfect concealment. Single-storey, non-smoking accommodation. The host's home is adjoining the Holiday cottage; access to the owner's garden is only permitted in the presence of the owner, as there is a shower room.
Pets are not allowed: the presence of an assistance dog in the Holiday cottage limits cohabitation with other animals; if Team's should come to visit you, you must prevent it from entering the cottage and give it nothing to eat, as golden retrievers are greedy; on the other hand, pets are welcome! If you don't want the dog to come and see you, please let Gîtes de France® know (link under the logo in the photo).

Miele vacuum cleaner, H2O floor cleaning kit, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toaster, etc. On request to Gîtes de France® (direct link under the logo in the photo), the following items may be provided: childcare equipment, PRM shower chair, small barbecue, etc. For stays of two weeks or more, weekly cleaning is compulsory; weekly cleaning is compulsory for all professional rentals. In the case of a single or even two-tenant holiday, please contact Gîtes de France® (02 30 28 10 76) beforehand to waive this requirement. Upon prior request to Gîtes de France®, a storage area may be provided for bicycles, which can be safely stored outside.
