You have a choice of 2 motorway connections: A10 Orléans or Blois exit; A11 Châteaudun or Luigny exit. The Vendôme Villiers-sur-Loir TGV station is 35 minutes away. The 1st level comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a 36 m2 living room with corner lounge. On this level, the house features 2 bedrooms, each with 3 single beds, 1 shower room and separate toilet. On the second level are the other bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a view of the church, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and 1 double bed with a view of the river. They are served by 2 shower rooms and 1 separate toilet. Relax in the garden furniture or on the bench in the beautiful space surrounding this large Holiday cottage, listening to the lapping of the river or the song of the birds, and enjoying the smell of the barbecue in preparation!
