La Longère du Domaine du Moulin

At the gateway to Chartres, this charming farmhouse is sure to make your stay a memorable one! The house is spacious and can accommodate up to 13 people. Formerly inhabited by the owners, it offers every comfort for young and old alike. The Holiday cottage has been completely renovated by Carole, the owner. The decoration is modern and the materials are of the highest quality. Around the Domaine du Moulin, you'll find it easy to get around by bike and to visit the local shops in Bailleau l'Evêque.

As you enter the Holiday cottage, you'll find the kitchen equipped with a food processor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge and induction hob, espresso machine and coffee kettle.
This longère also features a beautiful living room with a wood-burning stove, where you can gather to share convivial moments.
Finally, on the first floor, you'll find a "Le jardin de Mat" bedroom with a double bed (160) and 1 single bed (90), as well as a bathroom (with bath and shower) and WC.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and a walk-in shower room:
"La vie en rose", comprising a double bed (160) and a sofa bed (140)
"La terre d'Erwan", with a double bed (160) and a single bed (90)
"La petite Edith", with double bed (140) and single bed (90)

On the landing, a relaxation area with table soccer and various board games and crafts for Kids, and a reading corner.

Outside, you can enjoy your own private terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and parking spaces.

A large outdoor area shared by the owners and other guests completes this property. This outdoor area also features a large communal swimming pool, heated and covered if required (open from May to October), as well as a Wellbeing area (Spa and Hammam - booking required).

Pets are allowed.
A sauna and Spa are available for private use at an additional cost (€300 for 2 nights).
