Easy access to the gîte from the Luigny A11 freeway exit, 9 km away. Your rental is ideally located 25 mn from Châteaudun (canoeing, caves, castle, swimming pool), 30 mn from Nogent-le-Rotrou - capital of Perche (castle, lake) and 40 mn from Chartres (cathedral, little train, canoeing, Museums...).

Set in wooded Countryside, this detached house has retained all its authenticity: beams, fireplace and antique furniture. The 30 m2 living room is very comfortable for 6 people, and you'll appreciate its direct access to the well-kept courtyard. As for the sleeping areas, the first floor bedroom (bed 140) is served by 1 shower room and separate WC. The washing machine is located in the laundry room. Upstairs, the cosy mezzanine-lounge leads to 1 bedroom (bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90), 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC. The 1200 m2 landscaped, well-enclosed garden offers many possibilities: play in the sheltered sandpit, swing on the wooden swing, play a game of pétanque on a dedicated pitch, stroll in the sun or shade on the deckchairs, prepare the barbecue... ! In case of rainy weather, young and old alike can take refuge in the heated 20m² gaming room, accessible via the bay window (separate entrance). Travel light! On request, beds are made up, towels and tea towels are provided, as is baby equipment! The price includes 8 kW of electricity per day and water. Additional services: full bed linen kit (12€/bed), bathroom and household linen kit (12€ for the Holiday cottage), and cleaning package (70€). Pets not allowed (please contact the owner).
