Less than an hour away, Paris (80 km) opens its doors to you for a cultural or gastronomic getaway. For nature-lovers, the valley offers a wide range of activities: walks along the Eure, cycling routes, Fishing, heritage visits, or just relaxing in a bucolic setting. Thanks to the Jouy train station (Paris-Chartres line) and quick access to the A11 freeway, the Holiday cottage is easily accessible, guaranteeing a peaceful, rejuvenating stay.

With a surface area of 50 m², La Jouvencière offers a warm, perfectly appointed interior for couples or small groups.

You'll enjoy a large, bright living room, where the open-plan kitchen lets you prepare meals just like at home. Fully equipped (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), it opens onto a pleasant living-dining area.
The living room features a sofa bed, TV and wifi connection, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Upstairs, a cosy mezzanine accommodates a double bed (140x190), offering an intimate and comfortable ambience. There's also a bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside: a private terrace for your moments of relaxation

Outside, you'll appreciate a private raised terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun, reading al fresco or savoring a moment of tranquility in the heart of the Countryside.
