Upstairs:
A multi-purpose mezzanine: The mezzanine offers a third living room with a games table, ideal for socializing or entertaining. Enjoy a movie night in the TV corner, which can also be transformed into additional sleeping space thanks to the sofa bed (140 cm).
A double bedroom: where you'll find a 160 cm bed, a 90 cm bed and a BB bed.
A shared bathroom: with a shower and bathtub, shared with the upstairs rooms.

Take advantage of the private parking lot to park with peace of mind.
