Pick-up from the station possible. This charming Holiday cottage is located in Belhomert-Guéhouville, a small, picturesque commune in the Perche region. Surrounded by lush green countryside and rolling fields, this Countryside accommodation is equipped with fiber optics and Wi-Fi access. It has been lovingly furnished and offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The interiors are spacious, warm and bright, and you'll be seduced by the serenity of the setting and the charm of a traditional farmhouse. On the program: 360° views of the countryside, deer, pheasants, hares, pastures with Salers cows and Louna, a Percheron horse. For fishermen, a beautiful pond 10 minutes away offers a daily menu. You'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a welcoming dining room and a relaxing lounge. The bedrooms are comfortable and inviting, offering a haven of peace for a good night's sleep. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for activities. You'll be able to: - go hiking or simply strolling in the surrounding area or on the country lanes around the farm - play an escape game in Thiron-Gardais - go horseback riding 10 min away - visit the nautical base and glide on the water 5 min away - rent a bike 10 min away by car - visit historic sites, castles and charming villages in the area - enjoy leisure parks, amusement parks for kids and even a zoo - fly in a hot-air balloon or ULM - play golf.

SERVICE CHARGES - if you wish to validate your booking, we kindly ask you to tick the 50€ Housekeeping option, which is not automatically indicated on the site. Housekeeping is provided by a cleaning lady on the day of your arrival, to give you a quality welcome. - For your comfort, sheets and towels are included and are sent to a dry cleaner for cleaning. - Pets are not allowed. - There is no car charging station. However, if you plug into a power outlet, you will be charged an additional fee, which will be asked for on departure. DESCRIPTION The Holiday cottage comprises a ground-floor entrance with a sitting area and games area (table soccer). The rest of the Holiday cottage is on the second floor, accessible via a staircase.
A corridor leads to the first bedroom, the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the 2 bedrooms at the far end. Each bedroom has its own TV and private shower room. The two bedrooms at the far end each have their own private WC, and the third bedroom has its own WC outside the bedroom.

A board games area in the living room and a guitar are also available.

In fine weather, you can enjoy the following outdoor facilities: - a private shaded lounge seating 8 on the lawn - a private pétanque court - a communal area with a lake and deckchairs, accessible only through a door and under the parents' responsibility - a private terrace with table, 6 chairs and parasol - a barbecue - an outdoor electric griddle to be placed on the outdoor table +++ A cool Sports hall is available for your use Please note: pets are outside from mid-April to mid-November. Outside these periods, they are sheltered in the batiment. The animal area is completely separate from your living environment, offering you a 100% cottage spirit. A visit is possible on request.

We charge €50 for professional cleaning. The coffee maker is a traditional 1L thermos - ground coffee with filters supplied. We are fortunate to have an excellent bakery in the village: Chez Ma Mie.
