Geographically located between Nogent-le-Rotrou, 30 minutes away, and Chartres, 40 minutes away, between the Beauce plain and the wooded hills of the Perche regional nature park. Proximity to the Loir valley and its springs, and to the small city of Illiers-Combray (10 minutes away), a town dear to Marcel Proust. Special facilities for fishermen. The house has been converted into a 60 m² former barn with private garden and parking. On the first floor, you'll find a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room with cathedral ceiling, and a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Baby equipment can be provided by Nathalie Capel, a very welcoming hostess. The shower room/WC features a beautiful vanity-mounted washbasin. Upstairs, the mezzanine is equipped with two 90cm beds, and an extra bed is available on request. From the 12 m² wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, you can keep an eye on the Kids on the swing, or watch the ducks on the well-fenced pond. The owners also give you access to their 2500 m² garden and lend you bicycles.
