Ideally located, the Holiday cottage is just 20 km from Dreux, a lively city with a belfry, museums and shops. Lovers of history and architecture can head for Chartres (50 km) to admire its UNESCO-listed cathedral, or stroll through the medieval streets. Further west, head for Normandy with Évreux (35 km) and Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton (20 km), a Petite Cité de Caractère, where you'll enjoy strolling past half-timbered houses. For a nature getaway, the Avre Valley and its footpaths offer great walks and bike rides.

Completely renovated, this one-storey former barn (80 m²) combines the charm of its materials with the owners' personal taste for decoration. The atmosphere is both cosy and convivial.
Living space: a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher), opening onto a bright living/dining room with TV, DVD player, fireplace and WiFi access.

1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm), TV and private bathroom/WC

Radu A perfect Christmas in Normandy
We stayed here for on week during Christmas and everything was excellent! Annie and Philippe prepared the house with a small Christmas tree and Christmas decorations everywhere, while the three ducks are always present in almost every room.
The radiators were always warm and we had plenty of fire wood for the fireplace.
The bathroom and kitchen are equipped as at home, so you have everything you need, including bathrobes and washing machine.
A cozy place just waiting for visitors. You have everything you need here. You need only a car or a bike to explore the neighborhood and go for groceries!
