Located 10km from Chartres city center and 1 hour from Paris by train, the Ferme de Spoir B&B offers a peaceful stay in the Eure valley, on an organic market-garden farm. We offer three rooms and a family suite in an 18th-century farmhouse. All rooms have private bathrooms, desks and free WiFi access. Free parking. In the heart of the Eure valley, this establishment is at the crossroads of several hiking trails: the Chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle (route from Tours via Chartres), the GR 655 and the véloscénie. Here you can discover the heritage of water mills and, a few kilometers further on, windmills.

The guest house offers table d'hôtes. Evening meals must be booked in advance. You can choose between a "simple" meal at 15€, either starter-main course or main course-dessert, or a "gourmet" meal at 20€, including starter, main course and dessert. Meals must be ordered as far in advance as possible. Food allergies or preferences? Let us know; we can cook vegetarian, vegan or allergen-free.

Joanna Peaceful and enjoyable
We enjoyed our stay at Laura and Pierre’s charming home. Our room and en-suite were beautifully decorated and furnished. The evening meal was delicious : We appreciated the home grown vegetables, the locally sourced food and the tweaks to the menu to accommodate my dietary needs.

Chambre d'hôte propre et très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Nous avons pris l'option du repas du soir, c'était parfait.

Très bon et chaleureux accueil. Lieu très agréable et grande qualité de la chambre et du repas servi à la table d'hôtes. Un très bon moment avec beaucoup d' échanges et une grande convivialité. Merci encore pour cet instant très positif.

Les Normandes environnement paisible dans une maison pleine de charme
Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans une chambre d'hôtes décorée avec soin. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien reçues et ont été très arrangeants, nous permettant d'arriver un peu plus tôt pour nous préparer avant de nous rendre à un mariage. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon.
