La Bergerie de la Loutre is a renovated 48 m² Holiday cottage, perfectly designed to offer every comfort. Set in an outbuilding on the owners' property, this independent first-floor apartment guarantees total privacy and tranquility.

Living room and kitchen: The accommodation includes a cosy lounge area (with extra bed, 140x190) where you can relax, as well as a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.

Chambre Douillette: This light-filled room features a comfortable bed (160x200) for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.

Modern Bathroom: From the bedroom, you'll appreciate the functional and elegant bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and towels provided for your comfort.

The Holiday cottage's exterior is a real plus, with access to a Piscine (in fine weather) and a Spa for special moments of relaxation. You'll also enjoy a pole house and a summer kitchen with all you need for cooking, barbecue and plancha. These facilities are reserved for guests from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. to enjoy the peace and quiet, while the rest of the time is devoted to maintenance. The owners, discreet and respectful of your privacy, remain at your disposal for any requests you may have, and will make sure you have a perfect stay.
