The 280 m2 gîte features a living room with decorative fireplace, a dining room and a brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been designed to meet the needs of each household. On the first floor: 1 family room (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds), 1 block with 2 showers, separate WC and 2 washbasins. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (2 beds 160X200 and 1 bed 140 X 190), 2 bedrooms for 1 person and 1 with 2 bunk beds, 2 shower rooms (one with integrated WC) and a second independent WC. The Holiday cottage is the ideal place to bring your family and friends together! Everything has been thought of to make your stay a pleasant one, and there are numerous Hiking trails starting from the cottage, unless you prefer Fishing, sailing...

Heating is included in the price in low season, and additional charges apply for bookings between May and October, depending on the weather (heating is then switched on on request). Bed linen and towels provided. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. A certificate of holiday insurance will be requested on arrival (with the address of the Holiday cottage + date of stay).
