Welcome to Home Relax Perche, a haven of peace nestled in a small green village at the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, in Montigny-Le-Chartif, Eure-et-Loir. Here, everything is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with the essentials. Surrounded by rolling countryside, peaceful forests and hiking trails, this Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring a region as rich in nature as it is in heritage. Just 7 kilometers away, Illiers-Combray, Marcel Proust's native village, will immerse you in the author's literary world. The pretty City of Brou, 10 kilometers away, invites you to stroll around its medieval market hall, church and small shops. Less than 30 kilometers away, the charming City of Nogent-le-Rotrou opens its doors to you, with its impressive medieval castle, farmers' markets and charming alleyways. A little further afield, Chartres and its world-famous Gothic cathedral await you 40 km away, with its cobbled streets, banks of the Eure and night-time entertainment. And Paris, 120 km away, is still within easy reach for a day trip. On site, there's no shortage of activities: bike rides, Hiking through the Perche hills, flea markets, visits to craft workshops, or simply relaxing on the wooden terrace in the shade of the cedar trees. Do you like active vacations? A ping-pong table and bicycles are at your disposal. Do you prefer to relax? A deckchair, a good book and the sound of birdsong will do the trick.

Home Relax Perche is the story of a life project realized with passion. From the design of the plans to the construction, including the handcrafted manufacture of most of the furniture (made from pallet wood), every element has been thought through to create a place that is warm, functional and unique.

The totally independent house is set at the rear of the property, on an enclosed plot sheltered from the wind by high cedar hedges. Its south-facing aspect guarantees plenty of light from morning to night, and a relaxing atmosphere.

A living room / lounge / fully-equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine... everything you need!

A large 20 m² wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, Spa (daily fee of 20 euros to be paid on site), to enjoy the great outdoors
