40 km south of Chartres, in the Vallée du Loir, you'll be staying in a peaceful village close to the woods and the river, where you'll find plenty of opportunities for walks and bike rides to recharge your batteries in the woods, climb prehistoric megaliths or enjoy a picnic by the water! In the village, the "Les petites merveilles 28" educational farm will delight young and old alike. A visit is a must. 10 minutes away, you'll find all the shops you need in the small town of Bonneval, with its electric boats, canoeing, water sports center and market, as well as Châteaudun, one of France's most beautiful detours, with its fortified castle, unique caves, canoeing, paddle, water sports center and Cinema. 40 minutes away from Remarkable sites: Chartres to the north and the Loire castles to the south.

You'll love the large 58 m² living room, with its fully exposed beams! And what a pleasure it is to cook while chatting, with a view over the entrance and the living room, and even over the crackling fire in the monumental fireplace! Everything has been thought out for your comfort, with 4 bedrooms on the first floor, all equipped with quality bedding: 1 with a 160cm bed, 2 with 140cm beds and 1 with 2 90cm beds. They are served by a bathroom and a shower room/WC compliant with disabled access standards, as well as a separate WC. Travel light: beds are made on arrival! Washing machine and tumble dryer are combined in a laundry room with cleaning utensils and cleaning products. Upstairs are 2 very bright bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90x200, and 1 shower room with WC. Babies are welcome, with all equipment on request.
Two plus points in this large Holiday cottage: - the Wellbeing area with sauna and spa/jacuzzi and shower for absolute relaxation after a day out! - the gaming room with ping-pong, table soccer, badminton, volleyball net, bicycles. Outside, the 2,600 m2 enclosed space is generous, with private parking, garden, orchard, 2 terraces (1 covered). Listen to the birdsong or stroll in the garden furniture while others prepare the barbecue! Rental is by the week (Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am) or by the weekend (Friday 6 pm to Sunday 6 pm).
