In a listed site in the Eure valley, 5 km from the A11 motorway exit, our large, charming house welcomes you for a stay of nature, relaxation and Wellbeing! Our property includes 1 large house of 220 m2 for 13, 1 Piscine heated in season, 1 Wellbeing room, 1 landscaped garden, 1 arbour, terraces and 1 parking lot. Built in the 18th century, the house combines old materials (exposed framework, tommettes) with all the comforts and facilities expected for an unforgettable stay: First floor: -entrance with coat rack -large living room, on 2 levels, with lounge (sofas, armchairs, pousfs, period chest of drawers, games, TV), fireplace and spacious dining room with oak furniture, opening onto the terrace and garden. -Fully equipped kitchen with central island to share the pleasure of cooking. Opens onto the outside terrace with barbecue and dining furniture. -2 bright, beamed bedrooms (25 m2) with refined decor: "Parfums" with 3 single beds and "Lumières" with 2 single beds. -marble bathroom, separate WC First floor: -Mezzanine with seat cushions, coffee table and bookshelves for adults and Kids -4 stylish bedrooms with high-quality bedding. They are decorated differently, and 1 has its own bathroom. -bathroom with WC -shower room with WC The former barn, adjoining the house: 16 adult and Kids bikes (casqes), outdoor games (stilts, pétanque, ping-pong) and laundry room. The Piscine is secure and heated from June to September (9 m x 4 m and 1.50 m deep), with 24-hour lighting. Bathrobes provided. Wellbeing area, optional: 6-seater Spa-Jacuzzi, 2 cabins, 1 rowing machine, 1 treadmill. Bathrobes provided. Enclosed landscaped garden (1000 m²) with terraces, garden furniture for adults and Kids, barbecue, deckchairs and parking. Table tennis and bicycles for adults and Kids (+2 seats for young children) available.
Heated Piscine open from June to September (dimensions: 9 x 4 m, depth: 1.50 m).
Wellbeing area with Spa, rowing machine and treadmill (extra charge). Beds made up, bathroom linen and tea towels provided. Housekeeping package available. A wide range of products are available in the kitchen (ground coffee filters, salt, spices, vinegar, oil, special papers and household products).
On request, you can pick up your groceries free of charge from a drive in Chartres. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

Price includes: electricity, water, heating, wood for the fireplace, local taxes.
Price does not include: cleaning (160 euros), Wellbeing package with access to the Spa, rowing machine and treadmill (240 euros per weekend, 280 euros per week, 600 euros per month).
