On the edge of the Senonches national forest, an old farmhouse with courtyard, located in a hamlet. The owners have preserved the authenticity and charm of this Perche farmhouse. Located just a few minutes from Senonches, this gîte is the ideal base for visiting the Perche region and recharging your batteries in nature. The gîte has been awarded the fishing label. Less than 3 km away, you'll find several fishing spots. The gîte is equipped with a room for storing fishing equipment and accessories.

House (130 m²) adjoining the owners' holiday home, in a renovated former farmhouse on the edge of a forest.

First floor:
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven
Living room (25 m²) with TV, fireplace (insert), beams, telephone and wifi access
Storeroom with washing machine and dryer
Shower room, separate WC

First floor:
2 bedrooms with 1 x 140cm bed (+ 1 crib)
1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed and washbasin
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
Shower room/WC.

Enclosed courtyard (400 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, children's games, table tennis and shelter for 2 cars.
Electric heating (extra charge according to consumption)
Bed linen provided (bed made), linen rental available. Housekeeping package required during Covid pandemic period.
Pets not allowed.

Price includes :
- 8 kwatts of electricity per day

- bed linen rental (beds made up on arrival)
- wood for the fireplace (for a first fire, otherwise no sale)
