It's the ideal Holiday cottage for a family getaway! 3000 sq. m. of unenclosed grounds, with portico with Cabin and slide, bicycles, basketball hoop, pétanque court with boules and table tennis!

Open-plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave
Living/dining room (50 m²) with table/board, TV, DVD player, sofa-bed (1 person), decorative fireplace and wifi access
1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed

Unenclosed grounds (3000 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, portico with cabin and slide, bicycles, basketball hoop, pétanque court with boules and table tennis.
Geothermal floor heating.
Possibility of renting sheets and cleaning package (compulsory for professionals, every 2 weeks).
Pets not allowed.

Price does not include :
- electricity supplement (according to consumption)
- bed linen rental unless already added to reservation (2-person bed: 10 euros and 1-person bed: 6 euros)
- bathroom linen rental (6 euros per person)
- cleaning charge (45 euros), unless already added to reservation: mandatory when booking for professionals.

In the case of long business stays, a cleaning fee will be charged every 2 weeks.
