Gîte des Gallinacés

Would you like a small house in the Perche region, 1 h 30 from Paris, in a beautiful wooded environment where nature flourishes? That's what we've set out to achieve by renovating this 41 m² house, next door to ours, which has won over our family. In the spirit of the countryside, we wanted to offer you a convivial, simple and pleasant gîte for a family of 4 or a couple, with a living room/kitchen including a sofa bed (bed 140), a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and its shower room with integrated toilet. "La Maison des Gallinacés" is aptly named, as poultry occupy part of the garden, and collecting eggs is sure to be a fun experience for young and old alike! To help you discover our region and recharge your batteries, there's nothing like cycling to enjoy the quiet roads of Perche at your own pace. Everything is designed and equipped for cyclists to make the most of their stopover, as well as for our fishing friends who will appreciate the many ponds at their disposal. And what about the Fontaine Simon water park, just a stone's throw from the house, where you can have a blast, or even try your hand at the ski lift! How does that sound? And to make your stay easier, we've opted for the "zero hassle" package (beds made + towels included). WIFI (fiber). Housework included, wood included. Bikes at your disposal. Non-smoking house.
