You're 1 hour from Orléans to the southeast and Nogent-le-Rotrou to the northwest. On the first floor, the living and dining rooms are spacious and separate, making them ideal for lively games if the meal seems too long for the young guests...! The round table in the living room holds the memory of so many games! The vintage furniture and decor create a relaxed, nostalgic atmosphere where you can share unforgettable moments! Early risers will appreciate sipping their first coffee at the raised table in the well-equipped kitchen, in the silence that reigns here! The other highlight of this Holiday cottage is also on the first floor: it's the bedroom separated from its shower room by a corridor! How practical for many families! The toilets are separate. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs: 1 with a double bed, 2 others with 2 single beds. The 200 m2 enclosed grounds surrounding the house guarantee your safety and privacy, and you'll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet from the garden furniture that awaits you on sunny days, while someone else is already preparing the barbecue! The place has other assets: on arrival, the beds are made and the bathroom and household linen are waiting for you! Housekeeping is included in the price.
