Gîte de Loiselière

Just 12 km from Chartres and its famous UNESCO World Heritage Cathedral, the Holiday cottage Loiselière opens its doors to you for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eure-et-Loir. Located in the peaceful village of Berchères-Saint-Germain, you'll enjoy a rural setting that's ideal for recharging your batteries, while remaining close to major tourist attractions: Chartres and its medieval streets, the Maison Picassiette, as well as Maintenon and its château (13km), and Dreux and its belfry (26km). Hiking enthusiasts can explore the surrounding hiking trails, discover the Eure valley or stroll along the back roads of the Beauce region.

The Holiday cottage, a charming single-storey village house of 64 m² (access by two steps), has been designed to offer comfort and conviviality.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave), a cosy living room with TV, DVD player and sofa bed. On the night side, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm, baby bed on request) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, WC and shower. A second WC is independent of the twin-bedded room for added comfort.

Outside, you'll appreciate the large 400 m² enclosed garden, ideal for outdoor meals thanks to the garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs available. A garage completes the property. Practical amenities include wifi, as well as the possibility of renting sheets and towels, and opting for a cleaning package.
