Situated in a bucolic setting, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, the Holiday cottage L'Effraie invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay, between authentic Countryside and cultural discoveries. Ideal for nature lovers, this independent haven of peace is nestled near a farm and surrounded by fields and hedgerows. Discover the charms of the Perche region: 21 km from Nogent-le-Rotrou, the historic capital of Perche with its medieval castle and picturesque lanes; 21 km from La Ferté-Bernard, famous for its canals and Renaissance heritage; or 65 km from Chartres, world-famous for its UNESCO-listed cathedral. Hiking, cycling and horse-riding enthusiasts will find plenty to do on the many marked trails nearby. For a relaxing break, take advantage of the region's farmers' markets, flea markets and remarkable gardens.

Set in an authentic 85 m² Perche house, L'Effraie Holiday cottage is designed to be open and light. As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by a spacious living room with exposed beams, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.), a convivial dining area, and a cosy lounge with hi-fi system and wifi access, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.

The first floor also includes a functional shower room with heated towel rail and separate WC.

Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a mezzanine with a second double bed, offering a soft, restful atmosphere. Baby bed available on request.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private garden for meals in the sun, with garden furniture and barbecue. Electric heating is included in the price, and bed linen and towels can be hired for added comfort. Your pets are welcome, so that no one misses out on a vacation.
