Bonjour monsieur Rossano, je vous remercie pour vos commentaires précieux qui aideront les prochains locataires. Je regrette que vous n'ayez toujours pas reçu le retour de votre chèque de garantie. Je l'ai pourtant posté à l'adresse du contrat. Votre chèque n'a pas pu être touché par qui que ce soit puisque je l'ai rayé dans tous les sens dans ce but.
