Just 20 km from Chartres and close to reception halls, the Gîte de la Gravonnette is dedicated to families and friends. As parents of 3 children, the owners have designed this accommodation to meet their expectations and needs. The property is enclosed for the safety of toddlers, with a pleasant terrace. There are 4 bedrooms (one of which sleeps 5), 2 shower rooms, 2 separate WCs, and a living space that's perfect for sharing: fun around the foosball table, board games, cooking and utensils so that everyone can get their hands dirty! You'll be amazed by the warm ambience of this home, and its industrial feel is sure to win you over! Indeed, the rooms have been carefully decorated in terms of colors, tapestries, fabrics, furniture and the small objects that dot the nooks and crannies of this pretty address. For your peace of mind, the all-inclusive package means you can travel light and leave the housekeeping to your own devices.

Our house has 4 bedrooms: two on the ground floor, each with a double bed. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom (160cm bed) and another bedroom with a double bed (140cm bed) and 4 single beds (90cm). Upstairs, a large landing leads to a bathroom and toilet. On this landing, you'll find a living room with TV and games (table soccer and board games).

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with SENSEO coffee maker + filter coffee maker, food processor, living room with TV and dining room (table for 12), toilet and bathroom.

We provide all the equipment needed to accommodate a baby (cot, changing table and high chair).

The garden is fully enclosed, with parking facilities and a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
