Heritage and nature lovers will be delighted: stroll through the narrow streets of Thiron-Gardais (20 km) and visit its royal abbey, explore La Ferté-Bernard (25 km) or go horse-riding in the surrounding Countryside. For flea market enthusiasts or those in search of local gastronomy, the Perche markets and local produce are within easy reach. The Nogent-le-Rotrou SNCF train station (12 km away) takes you to Paris in less than 2 hours, for a car-free getaway!

Designed for large families or groups of friends, Le Marollais combines comfort, functionality and conviviality. This spacious Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 12 people and is spread over two levels:

On the first floor, an entrance hall leads to a large, bright living room comprising :
A fully-equipped kitchen for home-style meal preparation,
A convivial dining area for sharing good times,
A comfortable lounge for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

You'll also find :
A separate toilet,
A PRM-accessible shower room with toilet and washing machine,
A spacious bedroom, ideal for a person with reduced mobility or to avoid the stairs.

Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises :
4 comfortable bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm double bed,
1 large bedroom with 1 x 160 cm double bed and 1 x 140 cm double bed,
2 bedrooms, each with 2 90 cm single beds (suitable for Kids or groups),
Separate bathroom and WC.

Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor games or quiet summer meals.

And for your events or family gatherings, an adjoining multi-purpose room can be rented at an additional cost.
