Located in Nottonville, a quiet village surrounded by fields, groves and Hiking trails, this tiny house is the ideal starting point for discovering the natural and heritage treasures of the Perche-Gouët region. Nature lovers can venture out on the marked trails, enjoy a bike ride or simply observe the local wildlife from the terrace. In summer, take advantage of the nearby Base de loisirs or stroll through the charming farmers' markets. The historic City of Châteaudun opens its doors to you, with its medieval castle, Foulon caves and picturesque alleyways. Chartres and its famous cathedral are less than an hour's drive away, as are the gateways to the Loire Valley.

Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the "En Toute Simplicité" tiny house combines minimalism, autonomy and comfort. Designed in harmony with the environment, it is set in a wooded area carefully landscaped to preserve everyone's privacy: ancient fir trees have given way to natural alcoves with no facing walls, and local tree species will enrich this peaceful, sustainable landscape.
