Less than an hour from Paris and just 5 minutes from Chartres, this large gîte at La Mavelynière welcomes you to the heart of a working farm. Nestled in a verdant setting, this charming 250m² gîte for 20 people is suitable for people with reduced mobility (PMR). It's the ideal place for a getaway with family, friends or business, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Take advantage of its proximity to outstanding tourist sites such as the majestic Chartres Cathedral, the famous Picassiette House, the Royal Chapel of Dreux, and the magnificent Château de Maintenon. As you explore the surrounding area, you'll also discover must-do activities such as the Odyssée swimming pool, Chartres go-karting, the Tanière-Zoo-Refuge, downtown accrobranche, and Chartres' charming parks and gardens. The vast surrounding fields invite you to enjoy pleasant walks, creating an enchanted interlude in the heart of nature.

This Grand Gîte consists of 2 houses:
In the first house, "le Fumoir", the layout includes a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), another bedroom equipped with two single beds (80cm), and carefully arranged common areas. The living room features a convertible sofa (140cm) for extra sleeping space.
In the second house, the layout includes a spacious bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (140cm), a family room upstairs with two single beds (90cm) and a double bed (160cm), and a dormitory room with 4 bunk beds (90cm), two single beds (90cm) and a double bed (140cm) and carefully arranged common areas.

The fully-equipped professional kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals, while the large living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy convivial moments (board games, table soccer, reading, relaxing...).

Outside, take advantage of the many facilities on site: darts, trampoline, Nordic bath, ping-pong table or basketball hoop!

As you leave the farm, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of the countryside, with unobstructed views over the surrounding fields. A large parking lot provides secure parking within the farm grounds.
