Prices include cleaning service, heating, electricity, water, firewood (10 logs available from November to March), sheets and towels, shower gel and shampoo. Reservations are for a minimum of two nights. Depending on the season, the house can be rented from €450 per night or €32 per person. Arrival: from 3 p.m. - Departure: before 10 a.m. Early check-in (10 a.m. instead of 3 p.m.) or late check-out (6 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.) are available for €100.

The property is about 1h20 from Paris and 15 min by car from Chartres station (with direct train from Montparnasse).
