In the heart of the Pays Fort region, a few kilometers from Sancerre, on the site of an old 17th-century mill classified as a historic monument, this large-capacity Holiday cottage with swimming pool is divided into two houses: the mill and its annex. A heated Piscine is available from late May to late August. The mill, the main house, with a surface area of 250 m², is an atypical accommodation, restored in keeping with the original monument, and comprises : -First floor: large kitchen/dining room, living room with pool table, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 shower room/wc. - First floor: 1 mezzanine with 1 x 140 cm bed and 1 x 140 cm sofa-bed, 1 bedroom with 3 x 90 cm beds, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds (one of which can be accessed from the first floor or from outside), shower room/wc. The Annexe, approx. 40 m², comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, 1 room with 1 single bed and a convertible sofa for 1 person. Price includes: Beds made on arrival, heating, optional cleaning (mandatory for professionals). Does not include: bathroom and household linen.
