Le Lodge du Petit Rogerin

A bucolic setting, calm, rest, pleasure and wild nature are the watchwords of the Lodge du Petit Rogerin. Just 2 hours from Paris, in the middle of a forest, near the Menetou-Salon vineyards and 30 minutes from Sancerre, our gîte is set on an 80-hectare estate, with a pond, two ponds, river and forest. The house is in a clearing and the 3 terraces overlook the pond or ponds. Gas barbecue, plancha and deckchairs are available in fine weather. No-kill fishing (remember to bring your own tackle). Private parking lot.

First floor: entrance, wc, linen room (washing machine and dryer and second fridge), fully refurbished kitchen with central island and 3 high chairs, very bright with classic and Nespresso coffee makers, fridge, freezer, large living room with fireplace, wifi, Bluetooth speaker, Chromecast, DVD player, triple bedroom with shower room and separate wc.
Upstairs: 4 double queen-size bedrooms (160 cm), each with en-suite shower room and separate wc (1 with bath, the others with showers). 1 of the upstairs bedrooms has an extra single bed (sleeps 3).
The price includes all utilities (bed linen, towels, electricity, water, wood and cleaning).

The entrance is on the D12 road in the middle of the forest, opposite the village known as "La Plaine" (note that there's another village 2 km away called Rogerin, but it's not here!)
Once you're on the road where you'll see the Gîte de France sign, go through the gate and drive 800 m along a forest track to arrive on the plain with the house and pond in the background.
