The lounge / living / dining area forms a space of almost 30 square meters (2 sofas, connected TV corner, dining area) with direct access to the kitchen and the corridor leading to the bedrooms. 1 door opens onto the private grounds at the rear of the house and onto the river (secured by fencing), and 1 other door opens onto the courtyard in front of the house. Fully-equipped kitchen with built-in oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator with freezer, hood, appliances and pots and pans. Dishwasher. Served by a corridor: 1 bedroom (15 sq.m.) with 140 x 190 cm bed, closet, desk area. A second 13-square-meter bedroom with 2 twin 80x190 cm beds, closet. A third bedroom (12 sq.m.) with a 140 x 190 cm bed and desk area. A laundry area with washing machine at the end of the corridor. Separate WC. Shower room with WC and heated towel rail. Holiday cottage entirely on one level.
Outside: relaxation area with garden chairs, table, barbecue or mobile electric griddle. 300-square-meter plot of land along the reach, secured by a fence.
