A laundry room completes the ground floor with storage space, tumble dryer and cleaning equipment. Staircase to 1st floor: large landing room with relaxation/reading area, study area and 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (160 x 200cm), storage and closet and 1 with two single beds (90 x 200cm), storage and closet. New bedding. Outside: large communal courtyard, shared with another part of the farm which houses 3 Bed and breakfast rooms, open garage for parking 2 vehicles, small private courtyard (overlooking the pond), with garden furniture, electric plancha, parasol. Holiday cottage with reversible air-conditioning (landing room, living room). WIFI available.
