Recharge your batteries at Domaine de l'Île, an exceptional residence ideally located on the island of Cosne in the midst of nature, just a 5-minute walk from the shops. We welcome you to this former 19th-century family hunting lodge, fully renovated in 2023 using quality materials. Perfect setting for all kinds of events with family or friends! Ideal for Kids. Electric vehicle battery recharging. On the first floor, a large, comfortable living room with sofa bed, a very large fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen-size double beds (160×200cm) and 4 single beds (80×200cm). A shower room with separate WC. A quality 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning. WiFi access. Numerous board games (Mölki cards), several petanque courts. A charcoal BBQ is available all year round, with an optional €15 supply of 20L of charcoal made in France. (To be ordered 1 week before arrival). Towels are available as an optional extra at €3.50 each. Pets must be registered at the time of booking, at a cost of €15 per stay. A free Umbrella bed is available on site (sheet not supplied). Come and enjoy the beaches of the Loire at the end of the garden, and lovely walks in the green of the Forest de l'Ile in all seasons. Piscine available from May 5 to September 1. A 5-minute walk away, take a canoe trip on the Loire with "Canoë Evasion" or take your little ones to O'Parc, an amusement park. The famous La Loire à Vélo cycle path is just 1km away. Visit Guédelon, a medieval historical construction site with a magnificent park and numerous workshops for Kids (accrobranche, playgrounds, karting, paintball...). 3 km away, visit the 15th-century Château de Buranlure. The vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire (visit and wine tasting at the winemakers and the famous Crottins de Chavignol) are 15km away. And don't forget Gien and its Museums, and Briare with its famous canal bridge built by Eiffel. Discover the Restaurant Les Terrasses de l'Ile on the banks of the Loire. - On foot: restaurants, Carrefour supermarket and numerous shops 5 minutes away. Markets on Sundays and Wednesdays.

The house is located on the route de l'Ile de Cosne, opposite the Aquadis Loisirs campsite, and just behind the Cosne Bannay Canoe-Kayak Club.
