Welcome to Maison d'Élise, a magnificent, fully-renovated family home located just 800 metres from Aubigny-sur-Nère town center. This charming town, nestled on the edge of Sologne with a rich historical past, offers an idyllic setting for your stay. La Maison d'Élise, with a surface area of 130 square meters, combines the charm of the past with contemporary comfort, accommodating up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms.

Ground floor: after climbing a few steps, a living area of over 70 square meters opens up: the open, fully-equipped kitchen, with a central island, encourages conviviality and opens onto the dining room and living room, bathed in natural light. Bedroom with en-suite shower room: on the same level, a first bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and en-suite shower room overlooks the back garden.
1st floor: the staircase leads to a landing with a family bedroom (bed 140 X 190) and another small room for toddlers, with all the comforts they need for their stay. A second bedroom, equipped with TV and games console, accommodates two 90 x 200 single beds (which can be reunited to form a 180 x 200). A third charming bedroom (140 x 190 bed) opens onto the garden, where you'll find a second toilet and shower room.

Basement: household appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, additional freezer) and sports equipment (exercise bike, etc.).

Outside: a large enclosed garden, planted with flowers and trees, features a lovely terrace and comfortable garden furniture. An adjoining pétanque court guarantees convivial evenings around the barbecue!

Wifi: available throughout the house.

La Maison d'Élise is located right next to the Parc des Sports, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities: swimming pool (in season), fishing, jogging, children's playground, pétanque etc. The town center is within walking distance: you'll find all the local shops, restaurants, etc.

Included: beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding rubbish disposal and washing-up). The house must be left in a satisfactory state of cleanliness, otherwise cleaning will be billed on site). Pets are not allowed in the house.

Parking : Possibility of parking two vehicles on site. Working fireplace - wood supplied free of charge.
