La Maison de Françoise

La Maison de Françoise, surrounded by vineyards, plunges you into the heart of the typical Sancerre countryside. You'll be seduced by the calm of its surroundings and the warm atmosphere of this charming house, located 10 minutes from the Sancerre piton. You'll enjoy a terrace, a pretty flower garden and a mini herb garden. A vaulted cellar is available for aperitifs, with table soccer and darts. There's also a reading corner where you'll find lots of information about the region and ideas for outings, walks and visits.

The gîte is divided into 2 parts:
The main house sleeps 10, with a large, fully-equipped kitchen for up to 14 people. The 4 double bedrooms (bed 160*200) and the twin bedroom (2 beds 90*190) all have their own private bathroom with toilet, and are all equipped with a TV.
Just a few meters from the main house, the outbuilding is equipped for 2 people and fully adapted for people with reduced mobility. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a 140*200 bed and TV, a shower room/wc and a private terrace. The sleeping area is equipped with sliding Japanese panels (and the bay window with blackout curtains).
Breakfast is available, as well as a crib and extra beds for 2 children in the twin room. For stays of a week or more, access to the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) is available. All linen is provided (tea towels, sheets and bath towels).
The owners, winegrowers, will be delighted to welcome you to their cellar for a tasting of their wines.
Extra charge: cleaning 180 € and tourist tax.
